I’m so excited to share with you a new fall challenge!

Join Danielle Marshall (RYT200, CPPC) and I for this 4 week challenge. Each week you will receive an email that contains 5, 15-20 mins follow along videos: 2x strength, 2x yoga, 1x mindfulness/meditation.

The goal over the 4 weeks is to complete 4 of the videos each week.
