Core Restore is perfect for anyone who is a minimum
4 weeks postpartum from an uncomplicated vaginal delivery, or anyone who has medical clearance from their birth care provider.

As a pelvic floor physiotherapist, this course is exactly what so many of my patients would benefit from to allow them to return to exercise safely! The course takes you through the steps that I would love to take each of my patients through, but am not always able to due to time and/or financial restrictions. Jamie does an excellent job applying her wealth of knowledge, as well as a fun flare that keeps you engaged in the process! I would recommend this course to anyone who has recently had a baby, as well as anyone who is looking to build a stronger core!

Topics covered:

Week 1 - Connect: Learn how to successfully complete a core breath.

Week 2 - Build: Learn how to start strengthening your glute muscles.

Week 3 - Grow: Be able to successfully complete basic core strengthening movements and learn how to adapt them for where you are at.

Week 4 - Move: Be able to successfully carry out basic full body strengthening movements.

Week 5 - Apply: Learn how to successfully coordinate low impact cardio movements and know when the movements are serving you.

Week 6 - Go!: Apply your learning to a group fitness class and be able to identify when you are ready for high impact movements.

Core Restore will give you the confidence and tools you need to curate your own postpartum experience all while respecting what’s happening in your body and what’s happening in your life.
