The Stronger Together Membership is:

  • Monthly programming designed to build your muscular strength with controlled, focused movements.

  • Full body workouts, (including warm-ups and cool-downs) with detailed exercise demo videos, that you can complete in 30-45 minutes.

  • Created to be accessible for all fitness levels, during pregnancy and for women experiencing diastasis recti, prolapse.

  • BONUS: Unlimited access to a pre-recorded library - with over 150 different workout videos.

You will need:

  • heavy dumbbells, kettlebells or a barbell and weights

  • small loop resistance bands

    * note that this program can be done with whatever equipment you have available at home too

Meet Jamie

Hi! I’m Jamie, a Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Coach and a Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach with over 6 years experience supporting pregnant people in their fitness journeys.

During my pregnancies I received very different information about exercise - none of which was helpful or empowering.

During my first I was told to just do whatever I wanted…which lead me to doing nothing.

During my second I was told not to jump or sit-up or run or twist because it wasn’t safe, with no consideration for my wants and needs and what I enjoyed to do…which lead me to being bored and confused.

I was unable to do the things that I loved to do and that made me feel like me.

I needed a coach who helped me to feel strong and capable as this new version of me. Someone who listened to me, taught me and supported me to move my body in ways that respected the changes happening in my body.

This is the coach I have become for you.

It is an honor to help you to have confidence, strength and freedom in your body so that you can continue to be active and to continue to be you

as you grow as a human, raise your littles and do this thing called motherhood.

The Stronger Together Membership is for you if:

You want workouts planned for you so you don’t have to think about it

You know you want to start working out but you have NO CLUE what to do

You are relatively symptom-free (well managed diastasis, prolapse, incontinence, pain symptoms)

You don’t feel like you need a lot of support and guidance from Jamie

You’ve worked with Jamie before, or are familiar with most strength training movements

You want workouts planned specifically for you to help you reach specific goals

You are dealing with symptoms (including but not limited to diastasis, prolapse, incontinence, pain anywhere in the body)

You would appreciate support and guidance from Jamie

You are new to strength training, or it’s been a long time and you would appreciate check-ins to see how you’re doing

    All workouts are programmed for equipment you have at home.

  • It is recommended to be at least 6 weeks postpartum and have medical clearance to begin the membership.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • A variety of dumbbells, kettlebells or a barbell with weights and a miniband will work perfectly. You can also adapt with whatever you have at home.

  • 1 month is the minimum commitment. Your membership is charged monthly and you have the ability to cancel at any time.

  • Yes! Strength training is an amazing way to exercise during pregnancy. Check out the Get Active questionnaire for Pregnancy and it will inform you if you need medical clearance to begin.

  • You can join the membership whenever works for you. You get unlimited access to the program as soon as you sign up.
