Meet Jamie

Hi! I’m Jamie, a Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Coach and a Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach with over 6 years experience supporting pregnant people in their fitness journeys.

During my pregnancies I received very different information about exercise - none of which was helpful or empowering.

During my first I was told to just do whatever I wanted…which lead me to doing nothing.

During my second I was told not to jump or sit-up or run or twist because it wasn’t safe, with no consideration for my wants and needs and what I enjoyed to do…which lead me to being bored and confused.

I was unable to do the things that I loved to do and that made me feel like me.

I needed a coach who helped me to feel strong and capable as this new version of me. Someone who listened to me, taught me and supported me to move my body in ways that respected the changes happening in my body.
