This 60 minute prenatal group fitness class combines education, strength and conditioning to help you prepare mentally and physically for labour, birth and postpartum.
This 4 week exercise series starts the first Tuesday of every month at 6:30pm at TWP Fitness in Kelowna, BC. Commit to 4 weeks for $120 or drop in for one class and pay as you go for $35.
